How to Start a Pool League
To get your league going with Pool Leagues of America, you'll need a few pieces of information:
- List of play locations (bars, clubs, halls, etc)
- Number of pool tables at each location
- List of teams, and which location they play at (their “home” location)
- List of players on each team, with their skill levels [2 through 8]
- Your (or your league admin’s) name and email address
Armed with this info and a good understanding of your league’s rules, you have everything you need to get started! Send us an and we will create a login for your league admin (probably you) and then you can begin adding your league data. Of course, you only need to enter your locations/teams/players just once and the system will re-use them for future sessions.

Pricing
Pool Leagues of America works as a pay-as-you-go site. The complete PLA site (including stats, scheduling, rules, photos, tournaments, and all the other features) is free to use by everyone, 24×7. There is a small per-game fee collected when you enter the stats for your league (usually weekly) depending on the size of your league and whether or not you’ve signed up for an extended subscription to the site.
